What is the typical attendance at your events?

Our goal for this show is to have 30 to 50 couples attend. We focus on creating an intimate and engaging experience, so you can have meaningful interactions with potential clients. It's all about quality connections over quantity!

How do you select the vendors who exhibit at your shows?

We’d love to welcome everyone, but space is limited. We review each application to ensure it fits the fun, relaxed vibe of Brews & I Do's, highlights quality and professionalism, and offers unique products/services. Make sure your application is complete for full consideration.

Can I choose my booth location?

We aim to ensure a great experience for both couples and exhibitors, and part of that is maintaining a good flow throughout the event. While we’d love to hear your preferences and take them into consideration, we can’t guarantee specific booth placements. But rest assured, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs!

What happens if I need to cancel my participation?

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your participation, please let us know as soon as possible. While we can’t offer refunds, we’ll do our best to work with you on potential options for future events.

Are there opportunities to sponsor or promote my business beyond having a booth?

Absolutely! Not only will we showcase your business on our social media accounts, but we also encourage exhibitors to participate in our raffle basket giveaways. You can choose to sponsor one of the nine raffle baskets, which are given away at various times during the show. We ask that the baskets be valued at $50 and encourage them to be non-wedding related. During the drawing, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce your company on the microphone, call out the winner, and get a photo with the winner holding your basket—perfect for sharing on social media!

What kind of marketing and promotion do you do for the event?

We’re committed to making our event a success for everyone involved. We advertise through social media, reaching out to couples on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, we distribute posters promoting the event at various establishments where our target audience is likely to visit in the area. We're always striving for new and effective ways to reach couples who will benefit from attending our show, ensuring great exposure for our exhibitors.

What types of booths are available, and what are their sizes?

At Brews & I Do's, we're all about keeping things relaxed and fun. Instead of the typical wedding show, you'll get a round cocktail table to showcase your brand. Some vendors, like caterers, will have different space options to fit their needs. To keep the vibe intimate, we discourage large displays and backdrops. Guests will love the chance to chat with you one-on-one.

Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

Nope, there are no additional fees or hidden costs! We believe in transparency and want to make sure you have a straightforward and enjoyable experience as an exhibitor.

How early should I book my booth space?

We recommend booking your booth space as early as possible to ensure you have a spot. Ideally, we prefer to have all exhibitors selected 60 days prior to the show. This helps us plan effectively and create the best experience for everyone involved.

What should I bring to maximize my success at the show?

To make the most of your time at the show, we recommend bringing plenty of business cards, brochures, and any marketing materials that highlight your services. One or two vertical banners to place behind your cocktail table can help attract attention without overwhelming the space. We want you to engage in conversation with couples, not just show off your stuff. Additionally, having some small giveaways or promotional items can be a great way to leave a lasting impression. And, of course, bring your enthusiasm and a big smile—connecting with couples is what it's all about!
